Prezi builds presentations that zoom and move around one canvas instead of flipping from slide to slide, and Prezi AI can draft one from a prompt or turn an existing PowerPoint into a Prezi. The free Basic plan allows 5 projects, all of them public, with 500 AI credits that don't refill. Paid plans are billed yearly only: Standard is $7 a month and makes projects private, Plus is $19 a month for one person and adds unlimited AI, PDF export, presenter view and offline presenting, and Premium is $29 a month with viewer analytics and priority support. Teams is $39 per user a month, also billed yearly, and adds comments, collaboration tools, a brand kit and single sign-on. It suits sales teams, consultants, agencies and trainers who present to clients, and teachers, who get cheaper EDU plans with a school email. It is not for someone who just needs plain slides, where Google Slides or PowerPoint is enough and the zooming style adds little, or for anyone who wants to pay month to month.
