QuickSigner

Innovoris Labs

Unlimited e-signatures from $4 a user

QuickSigner sends PDFs and Word files for signature and seals each signed copy with a certificate on Adobe's Approved Trust List, so Acrobat shows it as valid. Signers get an email link and need no account. The free plan covers 5 documents a month with up to 3 signers; Business is $4 per user a month billed yearly ($5 monthly) with unlimited documents, 10 templates, reminders and signing order, and Professional at $12 ($15 monthly) adds bulk send, text-message codes for signers, teams and the API. It suits small teams that send contracts every week and want a low price per seat. It is not for teams that want ready-made connections to a CRM or cloud drive: the site lists only its API for that.
