FLIP, the Food Liability Insurance Program, sells general liability to food trucks, market vendors, caterers, and bakers online. A base policy is $25.92 a month or $299 a year for $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, with no deductible and unlimited additional insureds at no charge. Adding liquor liability makes it $37.75 a month. FLIP is for a food truck, vendor, or caterer that needs a certificate for an event or venue. Businesses outside food and drink need a different policy.
