NordLayer gives staff a secure connection to company resources and the internet, with device checks and access rules. Lite is $8 per user a month billed yearly ($10 monthly) with a five-user minimum; Core and Premium also need a dedicated server at $40 a month billed yearly ($50 monthly). NordLayer is for teams that work remotely or on public Wi-Fi. A single-location shop with no remote access will find little use for it.
