You write the agent's instructions, add your business information, and connect a calendar and a phone number from Twilio or a SIP provider yourself; there is no ready-made receptionist and no staffed backup. Starter is $5 a month billed yearly, or $6 month to month, for 75 call minutes and extra minutes are $0.08, but AI model usage and your phone provider's charges come on top. It suits agencies and owners comfortable with setup; a plumber who wants calls answered tomorrow should look at Reception.ai, ElevenLabs' ready-made receptionist.
