Weave is a cloud phone system for healthcare practices that shows patient details from your practice software when someone calls, with two-way texting, missed-call texts, Text to Pay, fax and team chat in the same app. Its base plan starts at $199 a month and can include two Yealink desk phones, and the Coordinate bundle (scheduling, forms, reminders) and Attract bundle (reviews, email, bulk texts) are $149 a month each, but your real price comes only from sales and depends on users, locations and phones. The Pro, Elite and Ultimate plans on its pricing page show no prices; Ultimate adds up to 15 phones, call intelligence and quarterly one-on-one training. There is no free trial, and leased phones must go back when you cancel. It suits dental, optometry, veterinary and medical practices whose practice software Weave connects to, such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or ezyVet. It is built for practices, not for retail shops, restaurants or trades, which get a cheaper per-user phone system elsewhere.
