lemlist sends cold email sequences with warm-up and a built-in lead database, and its Multichannel Expert plan adds LinkedIn steps, calls and SMS. The Email plan is $55 a month billed yearly ($69 month to month) for 50,000 emails a month with unlimited users and senders, but it has no LinkedIn or calling. Multichannel Expert is $87 per user a month billed yearly, and finding emails and phone numbers costs credits on top. It suits agencies, founders and B2B service firms prospecting for new clients. It is not a CRM for existing customers or a newsletter tool, and a shop or local service that sells to walk-in customers has no use for it.
