Bench is a service, not software you run: a bookkeeper categorizes your transactions and sends monthly statements. Bookkeeping Light is $199 a month for businesses with up to $250,000 in yearly revenue, full Bookkeeping is $399, and paying yearly saves 20%. It is for a US owner who will not do the books themselves. An owner happy in QuickBooks or Xero does not need it, and a business outside the US cannot use it. Bench paused service in December 2024 and resumed in January 2025 under Employer.com.
