Harvest tracks time against projects and clients and turns billable hours into invoices. The free plan covers one person and two projects; Teams starts at $9 per seat a month billed yearly ($11 monthly), with extra invoices, projects, and clients billed by usage at rates not listed on Harvest's pricing page. It is for agencies and consultants who bill by the hour. Shops that invoice for products will find little use for it.

Harvest uses your own card processor, so card fees depend on that processor's rates.
